European Network of Creative Writing Programmes
The highly successful International Congress of Creative Writing Programs, organized by the German Literary Institute Leipzig in March 2005, showed both the need and the desire for international cooperation in this area to be established in continental Europe. Literary Academy therefore initiated the launching of the European Network of Creative Writing Programmes (ENCWP), coordinated its activities for four years, and organized its first five Symposiums (2005-2009).
Partnership with Literature Across Frontiers
An EU-funded programme of literary exchange and policy debate operating through partnership with European organisations engaged in the international promotion of literature and support for literary translation. Literary Academy is an official partner.

Series Prvotiny (First Works)
In this series, Literary Academy publishes selected writings of its students. 27 First Works have been published since 2002, comprising prose, poetry and non-fiction. The graphic design of the series was created by Petr Babák, by Lucie Mrázová since 2009; the 2005 set of eight First Works received the prestigious Most Beautiful Book of the Year award.
